In reply to your letter No. 46 of yesterday's date forwarding applications for the wardmastering of the Hospital, have the honour, by desire of His Excellency the Governor, to return the applications, with a request that you will refer them to the superintendent of the Hospital, who will be good enough to make a report, setting forth the duties, salary, list of candidates, showing their ages, qualification, with his recommendations.
